MAIN OBJECTIVES:

The main objective of the project is to develop a mechanism for motivating girls to enter the university, its successful completion and employment. Developing the careers of female faculty and encouraging female students to enroll in Informatics programs and retaining them.

PROJECT COMPONENTS:

- SWOT - analysis and assessment of the situation associated with the admission, training, accommodation and employment of the Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC) girls;

- To improve of an effective mechanism for attracting girls to the university, creating favorable conditions for their living and the formation of additional skills to ensure their employment;

- Implementation of the developed mechanism at the university;

- Dissemination of the project results.
