Department of International Cooperation, Project Implementation, and Academic Mobility.
The Department of International Cooperation, Project Implementation, and Academic Mobility was established in January 2021 on the basis of the Department of International Cooperation to hold joint conferences and seminars, organize meetings and round tables with representatives of foreign universities and international organizations and institutions, provide visas to foreign teachers and students, and communicate with foreign students studying at the Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC).
The department carries out its activities on the basis of the educational policy and instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, education legislation, orders of the rector of the Tajik State University of Commerce, the university charter, instructions of the Department of Science and Innovation, job descriptions, and implements the department's annual plan.
The exchange of students and teachers is one of the priorities of the university's international activities and creates an opportunity for bachelors, masters, and postgraduate students to continue their studies abroad, participate in short-term educational and research programs, or gain scientific experience.
The goal of implementing student and teacher exchange programs at the university is to improve the quality of education, improve mutual understanding between different peoples and cultures, educate a young and promising generation ready for life, and work in the modern conditions of the international community.
The exchange of students and teachers is carried out in accordance with the agreement between TSUC and partner universities.
The specialists of the department work within the following tasks:
- involvement of well-known foreign scientists and specialists;
- implementation of exchange programs for students and teachers (information, candidate selection, and document preparation assistance);
- preparation of an information base on scholarships and quotas to support the exchange of students and teachers;
- consultations with students and teachers of the university on participation in international programs and obtaining quotas.
Since November 2022, the department has been headed by Abdulloev Bakhtiyor Tolibzhonovich.
