On 18 December 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Tajikistan organized the National Erasmus+ Information Day in Dushanbe under the title “National Erasmus+ Information Day in Tajikistan — Strategic Dialogue on Higher Education.”

The Erasmus+ Programme aims to support the modernization and sustainable development of education and training systems, promote youth policy and sport, as well as enhance skills and expand opportunities.

The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Deputy Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Tajikistan, representatives of international organizations, university administrators, faculty members, and students from higher education institutions across the country.

The Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC) was represented by Vice-Rector for Sciences and International Relations Mashokirov Jamshed Ne’matulloevich , Professor of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship Organization Kadyrova Zarina Khalimovna , Head of the Department of International Relations, Project Implementation and Academic Mobility Abdulloev Bakhtiyor Tolibjonovich , Director of the University Library  Homidzoda Abdualim Narzikulovich, Manager of the International Relations Department Abdullozoda Nurmuhammadi Aliavsat , as well as university students.

On behalf of TSUC, Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations Jamshed Mashokirov delivered a presentation entitled “Current Initiatives within the Erasmus+ Programme: A Focus on International Credit Mobilit and Jean Monnet Activities”. In his speech, he highlighted the university’s achievements in implementing Erasmus+ projects, particularly the results of the ongoing CBHE projects — E4TLI (Technology Literacy and Inclusion) and CIRCULEC (Development of Innovative Curricula and Modules in Circular Economy and Sustainable Development), along with other ongoing initiatives.

It is worth noting that the participants of the Information Day showed particular interest in the outcomes of these TSUC projects, which demonstrates the significance, relevance, and practical value of the proposed initiatives.
