As part of the implementation of the CirculEC project, a working group meeting was held to address issues related to preparations for the upcoming monitoring, which will take place on 13 December 2025 at TSUC.

During the meeting, participants discussed the key stages and tasks related to the monitoring process, including:

• clarification of objectives and evaluation methodology;
• distribution of roles and responsibilities among project participants;
• agreement on timelines and the format for presenting results;
• preparation of the necessary materials and reporting documentation.

Particular attention was given to ensuring transparency of the process and to harmonizing common approaches to data collection and analysis.

As a result of the meeting, an action plan was approved to enable timely and effective preparation for the monitoring, ensuring high quality and reliability of reporting.
