On May 15, 2025, in the city of Gomel, Republic of Belarus, a friendly futsal match took place between student teams of the Tajik State University of Commerce and the Belarusian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives , as part of the International Football Day celebrations.

 This sports event aimed to foster friendly relations among students, promote a healthy lifestyle, and enhance international cooperation between higher education institutions.

 The match ended in a 2-2 draw, showcasing the high level of preparation and sportsmanship of both teams. For the TSUC team, the goals were scored by Abdukarim Qurbonov and Bakhtiyor Sharopov.

 It is worth noting that this match was a key highlight of the academic exchange program, during which a delegation of students and faculty from TSUC stayed at the Belarusian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives from April 21 to May 17, 2025. During this period, TSUC students participated in academic sessions, familiarized themselves with the scientific and cultural environment of the host university, and actively took part in various academic, cultural, and sports activities.

 The TSUC delegation was accompanied by the First Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Abdukarim Rahimovich Qurbonov, and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of International economic relations, Law and Customs, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Acting Associate Professor Jovidon Azizmadovich Safarov.

 The spirit of camaraderie and sincere interaction between students throughout the match and related activities demonstrated that international exchanges not only support academic and professional development but also lay a solid foundation for strengthening friendship among youth across nations.
