As part of the working visit, the Tajik State University of Commerce delegation, headed by the rector, doctor of technical sciences , Professor Nazarzoda Kh.Kh., visited the University of Santiago de Compostela (Kingdom of Spain). The delegation included the head of the international cooperation department, docent Abdulloev B.T., head of the department of economics and business organization, docent Alimov K.K., professor of the department of economics and business organization, doctor of economic sciences Kadyrova Z.H., as well as the head of the Innovation Center and Technopark of the university, docent Mukhtorzoda S.S.

On the first day of the trip, a productive meeting was held with the leadership of the Spanish university. During the negotiations, the rector of TSUC, professor Nazarzoda Kh.Kh., discussed with representatives of the host party key areas of cooperation, including joint research projects, holding scientific and practical conferences, academic exchanges of students and teachers, as well as inviting professors.

In addition, representatives of TSUC took an active part in the seminar of the Erasmus+ project "CirculEC," in which the university has been participating for the second year. The event was also attended by representatives of universities from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. The project is aimed at implementing the strategic objectives of the leader of the nation to turn the republic into a "green" country. The results achieved within its framework will contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and innovative teaching methods in the field of circular economy and sustainable development.

It should be noted that in October 2025, partner universities of the project will visit TSUC to monitor the implementation of educational programs on the circular economy and discuss further prospects for cooperation.
