On March 15, 2025, an international discussion titled "Financial Investigator's Day: Innovations and Best Practices in Investigations" was held at the Tajik State University of Commerce, under the leadership of Doctor of Economics, Professor Saidova M.Kh., Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Safarova M., and Head of the Department of Science and Innovation, Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Sultonov Z.S. The event was organized with the support of universities from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.

Over 200 participants from five countries took part, including experts in financial security, students, and representatives of the academic community. During the panel discussions, the topics of implementing artificial intelligence in financial crime investigations, cyber fraud, and risk management under sanctions were discussed. Students from Bishkek State University presented a project for creating an international database of suspicious transactions. Following the event, a memorandum was signed to establish an inter-university working group on financial security, and an online course titled "Digital Tools for Financial Investigations" was launched.
