Within the framework of the Erasmus+KA171 program, Niyozov Shams, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Banking at the Tajik State University of Commerce, took part in the work of the University of Kragujevac of the Republic of Serbia from November 25 to 30, 2024. Within the framework of this program, Niyozov Shams met with the administration of the university, including the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Lozica Ivanovic, the Coordinator of the Erasmus+KA171 program, Milica Spasojevic, as well as representatives of the Faculty of Economics of this university. During the conversation, Professor Lozica Ivanovic noted that one of the important goals of the University of Kragujevac is to establish and strengthen external relations of the university, including academic exchange programs for students and teachers of partner universities.
Academic exchange training is provided to students at 12 faculties of the university within the framework of bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and postgraduate programs. The university has good cooperation with executive authorities, international organizations, and public organizations. It was also noted that in the near future joint projects will be planned and implemented for the Tajik State University of Commerce within the framework of Erasmus+, green economy, and green energy programs. This can provide good opportunities for education and research in the field of green energy and green economy for TSUC.
Within the framework of this program, Niyozov Shams held a seminar for representatives of the University of Kragujevac, dedicated to the activities of the Tajik State University of Commerce and its achievements. Also, a model lecture on the topic "Economic activity and economic agents" was held for students of the Faculty of Economics of this university.
