November 8th, 2024 representatives of the Prague University of Chemical Technology, Czech Republic, visited the Tajik State University of Commerce. First Vice-Rector docent Kurbonov Abdukarim Rahimovich, Vice Rector for Sciences and International Relations, docent Mashokirov Jamshed Ne'matulloevich, and Head of the Department of International Cooperation, Project Implementation and Academic Exchange, docent, Abdulloev Bakhtiyor Tolibjonovich welcomed the guests.
Expanding international cooperation between the University of Chemistry and Technology and the Tajik State University of Commerce may become an important milestone in strengthening educational, scientific and technological ties between countries and universities. In order to establish research ties and exchange teachers and students at the required level, practical work in the field of education and science should be carried out on the basis of the current agreement. During the conversation, the parties planned cooperation in the following areas:
- cooperation in the field of education and sciences;
- academic exchange of students and scientific and pedagogical staff;
- exchange of information and joint publications;
- organization of conferences, seminars, and joint scientific meetings;
- exchange of experiences;
- support for international education.
The parties agreed to begin cooperation as soon as possible and within the framework of the legal documents of the parties and the cooperation agreement: academic exchange of students, advanced training and retraining of teachers and staff, implementation of joint educational programs, implementation of scientific activities, and joint scientific research.
First Vice-Rector for Education, Vice-Rector for Sciences and International Relations, and the Head of the International Department of the University presented souvenirs to representatives of the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague as a symbol of respect, friendship, and cooperation.
