On August 29-30, 2024, the first International Commercial Arbitration Forum was successfully held in Dushanbe at the Tajik State University of Commerce. The event brought together leading arbitration experts, educators, and practitioners from various countries.
Key issues of arbitration and international cooperation were discussed, and specific steps for developing the arbitration legal system in the region were proposed. Participants emphasized the importance of strengthening international ties and sharing experiences to improve dispute resolution in commercial law.
