From 28.10.2017 to 04.11.2017 first training workshop on “Recognition and Transfer of Credit Allocation and Grading System” successfully completed at the Middlesex University London, United Kingdom with participation from the Higher Educational Institutions of Italy, Poland, Hungary, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Georgia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Azerbaijan.

Within workshop were presented and discussed the following sessions: methods for recognition and transfer of credits and grades methods for recognition and transfer of credits and grades (EU) that lightning presentations by the representatives from UK, Italy , Poland , Hungary, Bulgaria, methods for recognition and transfer of credits and grades (PCI) that lightning presentations by the representatives from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan , Uzbekistan , Russia, methods for recognition and transfer of credits and grades (PCI) that lightning presentations by the representatives from Georgia, Azerbaijan , Mongolia, and Tajikistan.

Moreover within workshop have been presented presentations on the bologna qualifications framework, ECTS grading system, hours per credit point, learning load and tuning methodology, the role of learning outcomes in curricula creation, course mapping and student mobility, the process involving course mappings, student support, mobility logistics and documentation, participants will brainstorm in groups and fill in the corresponding portfolio sections, mobility support and administration, student advise, procedures and documentation for description of the credit transfer process that is in place at Middlesex University, grade conversion demonstration and description of the grade conversion process that is in place at Middlesex University London, application workshop using a case study participants will design procedures/processes covering the previous sessions, identifying policy gaps policy making workshop and identifying procedural gaps procedure formation workshop and criteria for filtering participants for future training sessions classification of needs for different roles associated with mobility and adapting the training program and integrating it to institutional policies and procedures adapting training content and customizing use of scenarios for use at own institutions.

Within the workshop, each institution provided a lightning presentation based on a template provided by Work Package leader where Tajik State University of Commerce’s representative Mr. Mubin Abduvaliev made a presentation on the “Tendency of Bologna Process and ICM system in HEIs of the Republic of Tajikistan”. At the end of the workshop, attendances awarded the Certificate of Participation in the successful completion of training.
