On December 5, 2023, at the initiative of the Department of tax and insurance of the Tajik state university of commerce and the Center for legal assistance for entrepreneurship development, a joint business round table was held on the topic “Taxation of real estate: domestic and foreign experience” with the participation of international representatives.

The round table was opened by Vice-Rector for educational work Gulnora Hisorieva, who assessed the holding of such an event as useful and noted that the main goal of the event was to attract the attention of scientific and expert circles to current issues of real estate taxation and to develop informed proposals for its further improvement.

Then doctor of economics, professor of the Financial University under the government of the Russian Federation Volovich Nikolai Vladimirovich, professor, Head of the department of development and real estate management, Dean of the faculty of applied sciences of the University of Ankara Harun Tanrivermis and professor of the institute of applied sciences of the University of Frankfurt Meine Fabian Till, doctor of law, professor of the department of commercial law and anti-corruption TSUC Razzokov B.Kh. and Ph.D., associate professor, Head of the department of tax and insurance TSUC Rajabov K.R. expressed their opinions on the topic under discussion with informative reports.

Representatives of the National Bank of Tajikistan Habibullozoda M., the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdumajidzoda U., the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Boboev Sh., teachers of higher educational institutions of the country and industry specialists took part in the discussion.
