6. medical certificate of HIV/AIDS diagnosis;
7. student contract;

9. student transcript;
10. certificate from the dean's office or supervisor actually studying at this department or faculty;
11. receipt of payment for tuition;

Note: Since January 1, 2017, an electronic information network has been created in the Republic of Tajikistan for applying for a visa. These documents are submitted for obtaining a visa and its extension on the website www.visa.gov.tj. After that, it is necessary to print out the completed electronic form and submit it along with the original documents to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan or to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in the territory of the requesting country.
