On September 30, 2021, a meeting of the Board of Curators was held at the university. The vice-rector for Educational Work B.F. Isupova B. F. having familiarized the audience with the agenda, gave the floor to the head of the Department of Culture and Museum D. Gafurova and the specialist of the department for work with students of the Department for Educational Work of the University S. Ibragimova. During the speech, it was noted about the importance of observing the "Recommended dress code for students and students of primary, secondary and higher educational institutions of the country", about preparations for the celebration of Teacher's Day, State Language Day and Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In her speech, Vice-Rector for Educational Work B.F. Isupova discussed issues of improving the quality of education and educational work, improving the level of knowledge of students, improving the effectiveness of educational hours, compliance with the rules of conduct and discipline by students at faculties and noted that the effectiveness of educational work at the university is closely related to the activities and responsibilities of each teacher and student, as well as the effective activities of the Council of Curators of the University.
