At the Tajik State University of Commerce, special attention is paid to the training and retraining of young teachers.

More recently, under the guidance of Vice-Rector for Academic and Educational Work, Associate Professor K.K. Tolibov. and the created commission from the specialists of the department of strategic development and the quality management system and representatives of the departments, an analysis of the content and quality of the lessons and teaching methods of a number of young university teachers was carried out.

So, on September 4 of this year, a young teacher of the Department of Economics and Organization of Entrepreneurship, Rukhshona Sharipova, held an open lesson on the subject "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship" for the 1st year of the specialization "Restaurant Business and Hospitality".

Rukhshona Sharipova conducted an open lesson at a high quality level, in accordance, in particular, with the use of new advanced technologies and modern teaching methods.

In a conversation with the teacher, the commission, summing up the results, thanked for the well-organized lesson and recommended R. Sharipova to continue her teaching activities at a high professional level.
