On September 2, in the hall of TSUС, a meeting was held between representatives of Bank «Eskhata» Furkatullo Ismatulloev, Rakhmatjon Ibragimov and Malika Alibayeva with third and fourth year students of economic direction. The meeting was opened by Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Quality Management, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Farhod Sharopov, who greeted the guests and explained the main purpose of the meeting.

Then the floor was given to Furkatullo Ismatulloev, Head of the Bank's Strategic Development Department. He spoke about the training program for young banking specialists "I am a banker", small and medium-sized businesses, participation in large and successful projects, meetings with celebrities in business and work in a friendly team, and also noted that the contribution of a highly qualified specialist. “That is, - he noted, - the success and all-round development of any enterprise and institution, including Bank «Eskhata», depends on the high professionalism of its employees”.

Furkatullo Ismatulloyev also spoke about the fruitful cooperation of Bank «Eskhata» with domestic and international banks, noting that the bank has many opportunities and at the moment it has one million seven hundred thousand clients. He encouraged students who aspire to become competitive banking professionals to study hard, put theoretical knowledge into practice, and participate in bank-organized courses that will last 4 hours 5 days a week.

Representatives of the bank, Rakhmatjon Ibragimov and Malika Alibayeva, spoke in their speeches about the conditions of training at advanced training courses, attracting talented students to training and work (through internships), and also noted that students who successfully completed their training and received a certificate will be invited to work at the Bank " Eskhata ".

Then representatives of the bank handed out a questionnaire to students, and announced that other interested students can also download the questionnaire on the bank's website. Then the representatives of the bank answered the questions of the students, which were related to the sphere of banking.

At the end of the meeting, Farhod Sharopov, on behalf of the university administration, thanked the representatives of the Bank «Eskhata» and added that the cooperation of the university with this bank would be effective and long-term.
