The Tajik State University of Commerce has established a partnership with the University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA within the UniCEN project. In the framework of this project, the 3rd online presentation will be held on January 19, 2021, at 17:00, on the topic: “Starting Businesses in Tajikistan Post-COVID” will be delivered in English for the faculty of TSUC by Dr. James Clark.

Dr. James Clark will present on how to enhance business activities in Tajikistan after COVID-19. He is a scholar of Central Asia in UNO’s History Department who speaks Tajiki and has extensive managerial and administrative experience in Tajikistan. From 1992 to 2000, he represented the Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship during stays in Khujand where he worked with Khujand State University and the Tajik Institute of Management. He helped found the Tajik Center for Entrepreneurial Management.
