The goal of CircuLec is to build the capacity of the human capital in the HEIs of Central Asian countries on a circular economy in order to provide staff, students, and the wider public with skills and competencies aligned to the needs of local labor markets and environmental challenges CA countries face.

CIRCULEC Project featured in EU-Uzbekistan Partnership Festival

On May 18th, 2024, the 30th anniversary of the EU-Uzbekistan Partnership Festival took place at the Botanical Garden of Uzbekistan. Dr. Sardor Azam from Central Asian University (CAU) and Mr. Alisher Pulatov from Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) proudly represented the CirculEC project in the festival.

Federico II University's International Collaboration with Central Asian Universities on Sustainable Development

Federico II University has warmly welcomed colleagues from ten universities and research institutes from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, as part of the new Erasmus+ CirculEC project. The project, which will conclude in 2026, aims to develop an innovative master's degree focused on the strategic themes of sustainable development and circular economy, with a multidisciplinary approach that combines skills and knowledge from different areas of knowledge.
